Developing good movement patterns and receiving consistent feedback is vital to improving as an Olympic Weightlifting athlete. As a coach, I provide customized programming to fit your needs, weekly reviews of your progress, and constant updates to your training as necessary.
I offer one-on-one and small group training sessions on a limited basis at Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club and I also provide remote coaching for athletes around the country.
