Our growing club of athletes competes locally, nationally, and internationally in the sport of of Olympic Weightlifting. As a member of our team, you'll be brought along slowly at own pace with an emphasis on proper technique, building confidence and having fun!
My youth program (under 18) focuses on developing proper movement mechanics perfecting fundamental skills, while my Masters program (ages 35+) focuses on the unique needs of older athletes such as improving mobility and fatigue management. So no matter what your starting point is, I've got you covered!
